WARRANTY POLICY - Smart Tech World

Smart tech world warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. On selected products and in instances where smart tech world is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at Stecworld’s authorized service centre. In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Stecworld.com the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself (such decision at the product seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

In cases where Smart Tech World are considered the seller, a twelve  month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn’t available, you’ll be refunded in full.
